About the Relationship Health Collective
I founded the Relationship Health Collective to support stronger, more connected relationships through evidence-based therapy. As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in couples therapy and relationship health. I believe our well-being is shaped by the quality of our relationships - romantic, familial, and friendships.
What We Can Work On Together
I work with couples and individuals to address communication problems, emotional distance, intimacy concerns, major life transitions, and ongoing relationship distress. Some clients come to therapy in crisis; others are looking to deepen connection or sustain what’s already working. Every relationship is different, and I tailor therapy to each client’s goals and values.
How I Work
Evidence-Based Practices – I use evidence-based approaches, including Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT), and other leading approaches to relationship health.
Inclusivity & Affirming Care – I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for all couples, including LGBTQIA2S+ relationships and non-traditional partnerships.
A Collaborative, Skills-Based Approach—Therapy with me is an active, goal-oriented process in which couples and individuals leave with practical tools and deeper emotional awareness to sustain long-term change.
