Relationship Health
Collective
The Relationship Health Collective (RHC) was founded with a singular commitment: to enhance relationship health for all. I believe that relationships—whether romantic, familial, or friendship—are at the core of our well-being. My mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based services that help couples and individuals cultivate stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships.
I recognize that relationships are complex, deeply personal, and ever-evolving. I am committed to offering scientifically grounded, inclusive, and affirming therapy services tailored to the unique needs of every couple and individual I work with. Whether you are navigating conflict, communication struggles, major life transitions, intimacy concerns, or relationship distress, I strive to help you gain insight, learn more skillful ways of engaging, and foster more meaningful connection.
My work is guided by:
Evidence-Based Practices – I integrate the latest research-backed methods, including Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT), and other leading approaches to relationship health.
Inclusivity & Affirming Care – I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for all couples, including LGBTQIA2S+ relationships and non-traditional partnerships.
A Collaborative, Skills-Based Approach – I believe that therapy should be an active, goal-oriented process where couples and individuals leave with practical tools and deeper emotional awareness to sustain long-term change.
