Session fees are based on a standard rate of $250 per 50-minute session.

A focused format designed for specific goals or follow-up to prior therapy.
Includes:
Two individual 50-minute interviews
4-hour joint session
Pre-intensive questionnaires and case preparation
Personalized follow-up plan
Standard Intensive — $4,500
A comprehensive, immersive experience for deeper work and lasting change.
Includes:
Two individual 50-minute interviews
12 hours of joint work
Pre-intensive questionnaires and case preparation
Personalized follow-up plan
One 60-minute booster session within 90 days

Insurance & Reimbursement
We are out-of-network, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, if your plan includes out-of-network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement for your sessions.
To simplify the reimbursement process, we provide free access to Reimbursify, a secure, easy-to-use app that allows you to submit claims to your insurance provider at no cost. After each session, you’ll receive a superbill through your client portal, which you can upload to Reimbursify in just a few clicks. If your plan covers out-of-network services, your insurance provider will reimburse you directly.

You can also call your insurance provider directly and ask:“Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services with a licensed therapist? What percentage is reimbursed, and what is my deductible?”
