The Relationship Health Collective operates as an out-of-network provider, which means insurance is not billed directly. However, if your plan includes out-of-network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.
To simplify this process, clients receive free access to Reimbursify, a secure, user-friendly app that assists with submitting reimbursement claims to insurance providers. After each session, a superbill is provided through the client portal and can be uploaded directly in the app. If eligible, your insurance company reimburses you directly—at no cost to you.
Not sure if you have OON benefits? You can:

For additional questions or support with reimbursement, please reach out for assistance.
