Insurance & Reimbursement

Out-of-network benefits
explained.

Relationship Health Collective does not bill insurance directly. Couples therapy and individual therapy are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement — a superbill is available through your client portal after each session, which you can submit to your insurance company.

To make this easier, clients have free access to Reimbursify — a secure app that lets you submit claims in minutes. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, reimbursement is sent directly to you.

All other services are not billable to insurance, and no superbill is provided. This includes the Relationship Checkup, the intensives, and supervision and consultation.

Not sure if you have coverage? You can check your benefits here or call your insurance provider directly.

Questions to ask your insurance provider

"Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services with a licensed psychologist?"

"What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?"

"What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?"
