Relationship Health Collective is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for your sessions. After each appointment you will receive a superbill through your client portal. This document can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To make this easier, clients have free access to Reimbursify, a secure app that lets you submit claims to your insurance provider in a few minutes. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance company.
If you are unsure about your coverage, you can check your coverage here or contact your insurance provider and ask:
“Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services with a licensed therapist?”
“What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?”
“What is my out-of-network deductible?”
