FAQs

  • Start with scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. This time allows space to talk about your goals, ask questions, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit. If so, next steps and scheduling details will be provided.

  • Therapy is structured around each couple’s goals, which naturally influences the length and pacing of treatment. To learn more about the typical course of treatment, visit the individual service pages that best match your needs.

  • Fees vary based on the type of service and treatment needs. For detailed information about session rates and reimbursement, please visit the Fees & Reimbursement page.

    ‍ ‍

  • The Relationship Health Collective operates as an out-of-network provider, which means insurance is not billed directly. However, if your plan includes out-of-network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.

To simplify this process, clients receive free access to Reimbursify, a secure, user-friendly app that assists with submitting reimbursement claims to insurance providers. After each session, a superbill is provided through the client portal and can be uploaded directly in the app. If eligible, your insurance company reimburses you directly—at no cost to you.

Not sure if you have OON benefits? You can:

    • Use Reimbursify’s benefits lookup tool

    • Or call your insurance provider and ask:

“Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services with a licensed therapist? What percentage is reimbursed, and what is my deductible?”

For additional questions or support with reimbursement, please reach out for assistance.

  • Yes. As long as both partners are physically in Pennsylvania or another PSYPACT state during the session, you can meet via secure video from anywhere in the state.

  • The Relationship Health Collective provides inclusive, affirming care for couples of all identities, orientations, and relationship structures.
